News trading is allowed in the evaluation; on the live account there is no opening, closing or modifying within 10 minutes of a high-impact release, the first slip is a notice, the second halves that payout, the third forfeits it, the fourth closes the account. Payouts on demand after 5 profitable days of at least 0.25%, up to 2% of the initial balance per request. Copy trading only between your own NYS accounts.
