Maximum loss
Phase 1: The maximum loss is 15%, static: a fixed floor below the starting balance that never moves. Phase 2: The maximum loss is 10%, static: a fixed floor below the starting balance that never moves.
Minimum trading days
Two phases: 10% then 5%, at least 4 trading days in each, no time limit. Live account: no minimum days, first payout 14 days after the first live trade, then every 14 days.
Consistency rule
No consistency rule.
News trading
Restricted: no opening or closing trades within 3 minutes of high-impact releases. Breaking it fails the account. Every program and stage (Ability Challenge, Ability One, FTP): 'Simply avoid opening, closing (TP, SL, or manual) or adding to positions within 3 minutes before or after any high-impact news release or speech, as that can be identified as excessive risk. This applies to all programs' (Knowledge Center). A TP that fills 1 minute after the release on a trade opened 4 hours earlier is the firm's own example of a violation. Major news includes NFP, FOMC, rate decisions and central bank speeches. Holding through news is allowed. The consequence is not stated in the news answer; the general FAQ says any rule violation invalidates the account immediately, so hard breach is carried. News straddles (pending orders placed just before a release) are a separate prohibited practice. FTP is stricter, see the program override. source

Program notes. Two phases: 10% then 5%, at least 4 trading days in each, no time limit. Daily loss 7.5% in the Challenge, 5% in Verification and on the Live account, taken as a percent of the higher of balance or equity at the rollover (a $54,000 equity at the reset gives $4,050 of room that day). Max loss 15% of the initial balance in the Challenge, 10% in Verification and Live, static. Live account: no minimum days, first payout 14 days after the first live trade, then every 14 days; 75% split, 85% when the payout is 10% or more, up to 90% after the account has doubled twice. The fee comes back with the first payout when that payout exceeds the fee. Scaling: 2.5% or more a month for 3 months plus one withdrawal doubles the account. No consistency rule (the Knowledge Center's Consistency Score, best day at most 30% of the profitable days' total, is labelled for free competition accounts only). Breaches are checked on equity, open trades, commissions and swaps included. The day rolls at midnight MT5 server time (GMT+2 in winter, GMT+3 in summer, which is 22:00 UK time). News: no opening, closing (TP, SL or manual) or adding to positions from 3 minutes before to 3 minutes after a high-impact release or speech, on every program and stage; the firm treats any rule violation as an immediate breach. Weekend and overnight holding allowed; own EAs allowed, third-party EAs and third-party copy trading are not. Prohibited: trades of 2 minutes or less (tick scalping), HFT, hedging across accounts, martingale and averaging down, grid trading, news straddles, lot size abuse, weekend gap plays. No stop loss or lot size rule, but the liquidity provider caps each position at 10 lots. No trading while an account waits for review, doubling or a payout. Inactivity: the Knowledge Center says six months, the terms say one month on a funded account; plan for one month. Platforms: MT5 or DXtrade (US residents: DXtrade only). Allocation cap $200,000 per program, $400,000 across programs.

News trading
Restricted: no holding positions from 30 minutes before to 3 minutes after high-impact releases. Breaking it fails the account. FTP (Instant Funding): the terms' Funded Trader Program section requires all exposure to be cleared 30 minutes before major events (NFP, interest rate decisions, central bank speeches), while the Knowledge Center gives the 3-minute open/close/add window for every program. The stricter terms are carried: be flat 30 minutes before; after the release the Knowledge Center's 3 minutes apply (the terms give no end time). The terms section looks older (it also bans exotics, which the FTP page now lists), so check with support before relying on it either way. source

Program notes. Instant account, no target to get funded: each time you reach 10% profit the account goes to review (1 to 3 working days, no trading), the profit share is paid and the account doubles (up to 10 stages). At least 5 trading days with 3 profitable ones before a payout. Split 50% to 80% depending on size, stage and whether 10% took under 30 days. Daily loss 5% TRAILING: your floor is 95% of the highest equity reached that day (start $10,000 to floor $9,500; equity $10,400 to floor $9,880) and it resets at midnight server time. We take 5% below the day's opening value, so after an intraday gain the firm's floor is higher than ours: watch the dashboard. Max loss 10% of the initial balance, static. Leverage 1:30 (energy 1:60, crypto 1:2), swap-free, no commission.
