The Bank of England publishes the decision, minutes and vote split simultaneously — unlike the Fed and ECB there is no gap between decision and detail, so the full repricing happens at noon London.
The vote split is the kicker: a 5-4 says something very different from 8-1 at the same rate, and sterling trades the split as hard as the decision.

Follow-through is better than FOMC's precisely because there is no second act: the noon direction, once the first spike settles, tends to hold into the US session.
