Max loss is trailing, follows your peak, recalculated at the end of the trading day, and it stops trailing once it reaches your starting balance.
Consistency target 55%: if your best day exceeds 55% of the profit target, the target rises (a losing day does not reset the best day) — it does not fail you, and you can pass in as few as two days. The Daily Loss Limit is optional ($1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000, fixed if set at purchase) and flattens you for the session instead of failing the account. The trading day runs 5:00 PM – 3:10 PM CT. Monthly subscription; the No Activation Fee path costs $95 / $149 / $229 a month instead. The funded XFA starts at a $0 balance with the same MLL distance, locking at $0.
Rules change. Consistry re-reads every firm’s own pages weekly and shows the date above, but the account you are trading is the final word — confirm the live numbers in your Topstep dashboard.
