Max loss is trailing, follows your peak, recalculated at the end of the trading day, and it stops trailing once it reaches your starting balance.

Daily loss is a fixed dollar amount from the day's starting balance, 5 PM–5 PM CT, open P&L included. The end-of-day floor stops at the starting balance. All positions closed by 3:50 PM CT. Funded LiveSim keeps the end-of-day trail; a real Live account trails intraday. News trading is allowed.

Rules change. Consistry re-reads every firm’s own pages weekly and shows the date above, but the account you are trading is the final word — confirm the live numbers in your Earn2Trade dashboard.
